Who We Are
Pevra Technologies Ltd ("Pevra," "we," "us") operates the Pevra website and application.
This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.
What We Collect
Contact information you provide, such as your email address, when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- Identity verification data, including your National Identification Number (NIN), collected only at account creation and verified through the official NIMC channel.
- Usage data related to how you interact with our app and services.
Why We Collect It
To create and secure your account.
- To verify your identity in compliance with applicable regulations.
- To provide the services you sign up for, including number provisioning, wallet functionality, and Call Shield.
- To communicate with you about your account or about Pevra updates you've opted into.
How We Store It
Personal data, including your NIN, is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database. It is never written to any public or shared ledger. Only a cryptographic hash, not the underlying personal data, is ever recorded in a way that is publicly visible.
Your Rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data (Right to Rectification).
- Request deletion of your data where applicable (Right to Erasure).
- Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis.

Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Requests for erasure are honoured in line with NDPR requirements, except where retention is legally required.
