Technology
Built for Transparency,
Designed for Compliance
Pevra runs on a hybrid architecture: two coordinated ledger layers, so that number history stays public and verifiable, while personal data stays private and protected.
Public Layer
Handles the PEV token, reputation scores, and number ownership event records. Open and auditable by anyone.
Compliance Layer
Handles number lifecycle events and governance votes. Accessible only to Pevra and an authorised regulator validator node.
Data Layer
Encrypted, off-chain database holding NIN verification results and personal data. Never touches a public ledger. Fully erasable on request.
No Personal Data On-Chain, Ever
Your NIN, your name, your date of birth, none of it ever touches a public ledger. What's recorded is a cryptographic hash, a fingerprint that proves something happened without exposing what it was. This means your identity can be verified and your history can be public, without your private information ever being exposed.
Fast, Low-Cost, Built to Scale
Pevra's public layer runs on a modern, EVM-compatible network chosen for speed, low transaction costs, and the maturity needed to support real infrastructure, not experiments. It's built to handle everyday, small-value transactions like data plans and airtime without friction.
Connected to Real Networks
Pevra doesn't issue phone numbers itself. Numbers come from licensed carrier partners through standard wholesale agreements. Pevra's identity layer sits on top, recording ownership and history. Underneath is real telecom infrastructure delivering real calls, texts, and data.
